HOUSE TOUR "Come on in"!

 Welcome to our home.

By Kitsap Real Estate Photos and Design

It was built in 1940. Located in Manette, WA
A charming little pocket of East Bremerton near the Navy Shipyard.
Every morning at 8 AM we hear the National Anthem as its played on the Navy Base.
And every evening at dusk we hear TAPS.
I will never tire of that sound!

This photo was taken from our front yard last year when the USS Stennis came home
from a long deployment.
As a Navy wife, my heart sings every single time, because I know what its like to be a loved one waiting on the pier.

We also enjoy a view of the newly built Manette bridge, mountains and the
Seattle ferry.

To visit the Seattle waterfront we just walk about 10 minutes across that
bridge and a few blocks to the Ferry. An hour ferry ride and
you are enjoying this.

Oh, you want to come inside?
Follow me!
Izzy and her friend Luke are so happy to see you coming!

Those Raspberries have a story of their own.
Jeffs Poppa planted a patch at his new home around 1940 in Portland OR.
When we bought our second house in 1996 we planted our own patch from his starts.
Everywhere we have lived we have planted them, all starts from Poppas plants.
That row pictured above produced 13 gallons of berries two Summers ago.
Enough to make 120 jars of jam for our daughters wedding.

Lets go upstairs to see the Bedrooms

We converted a "nook" into a full size bed.
Our son loved it, this was his room.

This is my favorite room. The twin beds remind me of summer camp or
a sleepover at grandmas house.
It has two sunny windows and is a very cheerful space.

The third upstairs bedroom is huge.
We have a king size bed and large armoire in there.
The built ins are so cute and include a fold down desk!

A bathroom...its hard to photograph a bathroom.
What you cant see is the cute curved ceiling and brass faucet.

 The Master Bedroom.
Smaller than the above room, but with an amazing walk in closet space
and walk out to the back porch.
